Ever now and then we as individuals come in contact with a worthy issue, the following is one of those.  The young man pictured above has had more challenges in his short young life than most individuals have in a life time.  There is going to be a benefit tournament held August 16, 2008 on the Susquehanna Flats launching from Anchor Marine.  There will be both Elite as well as FLW Pros in attendance.  Check out this link http://www.marshcreekbassclub.com/rpbt/ and see how you can help and at the same time possibly fish with one of the Pros.  You know you like to fish, here is an opportunity to do something you love, while doing something worthwhile at the same time for an extremely good cause.  I know you won't be sorry you did.

The "Classic" is by Invitation to the top 20 teams in the Points Standings and the prior years "Classic Champions" provided they have fished the current season.

*Note: For 2008 we will once again be adding a Wild Card berth from the September 7th Tournament.  A "Classic" berth will be awarded to the highest finishing team in the Points Standings which have not yet qualified via the Points Standings, as long as they have fished the prior four Points Tournaments.  They don't have to win, just be the highest finishing team of those teams not yet qualified.

Congratulations to the team of Harold Dunlap & David Hall as they won on Lake Wallenpaupack June 14th, with a limit weighing 15.96 lbs.  For their efforts they took home the $1,400.00 1st Place check.  Great job guys!!!

"Things do just keep getting better"

Mega Strike is also stepping up again and will present a $250.00 check to the 2008 Rookie Team of the year.
